Our Policies Must be 21 years of age to rent cabins. Three night minimum is required on holiday weekends. Smoking permitted outside, sand pails provided. Rates are per night for 3 guests.(6 for double cabin) Add $5/person/night for additional guests. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS 14 days or more prior to arrival: Refund less $25 processing fee. Less than 14 days, but more than 3 days prior to arrival: 50% refund. 3 days or less prior to arrival: No refund No refunds for early departure. No cancellations or refunds due to inclement weather. CHECK IN & CHECK OUT Check-in is 3 p.m. Check out time is 11 a.m. You will be expected to wash the dishes, place trash in the proper receptacles, and then make sure the cabin is secure before departing. OCCUPANCY & HOUSEKEEPING Please limit occupancy to the cabin maximum and adhere to pet and smoking preferences of the cabin. No Guests, Paid guests only please. In the event of damages or extra cleaning requirements, additional charges may be applied. Linens and towels are provided along with basic kitchenware and utensils. Dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels will be provided. Upon arrival, please report any damages, shortage of supplies, or housekeeping issues immediately. Please abide by hot tub procedures, rules, and precautions. OCCUPANCY & AMENITIES We will do everything we can to make sure your cabin is ready for your stay. It is our mission to provide you the cleanest cabin in the area so that you will become a guest for a lifetime. However, there are rare occasions that your cabin might not be fully presentable by 3 p.m. or when your hot tub won't be warm until later in the evening. In addition, from time to time, appliances, hot tubs, satellite TV, water, electricity, etc. will break down or malfunction. While we cannot refund any monies due to these issues that may be beyond our control, we will respond as quickly as we can to make repairs and restore amenities. We do professionally exterminate our cabins, but they are not bug proof. Please remember you are in the woods and we have invaded the woodland creatures’ habitat so you will see bugs and spiders occasionally. PAYMENTS A credit card must be on file to make your reservations. Full payment is required at time of Check-In. PETS Well mannered and housebroken pets are permitted only in designated cabins with prior approval by C-bar-J Cabins. Maximum number of pets per cabin is 2. Pet fee is $5 per pet. Pets are NOT to be left alone in the cabin unless crated. Pets must be leashed and owners must be courteous of others and there pets. |
